⁷ and to give rest to you who are afflicted ^[a]and to us as well ^(A)at the revelation of the Lord Jesus ^(B)from heaven ^(C)with ^[b]His mighty angels ^(D)in flaming fire, ⁸ executing vengeance on those who ^(E)do not know God and to those who ^(F)do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. ⁹ These will pay the penalty of ^(G)eternal destruction, ^(H)away from the presence of the ^[c]Lord and from the glory of His might,
